The time had long gone when people used to think, “Women playing cricket? That seems absurd ”. Women's cricket has a significant role in the future of this game.
At Digiversal, we embrace and encourage a high-performance culture. As fierce as the players can be, impressive sportsmanship was witnessed in the first women's cricket match in Digiversal Premier League 1.0 held in 2019. For our talented women cricketers, Digiversal keeps the cricket ecosystem respectful and cleaner. They may have played several other sports, but on the whole, though, cricket seems to be a congenial and amicable game.
Twenty-two superwomen will test their courage and talent through this grand event. For many, the DPL 2.0 is more than just a cricket match. While some have already experienced the kind of sheer determination needed to play and win this game, many took part in this tournament for the first time.
The captains; Swaja Bajaj and Sneha Anand, will magnify their skills to achieve orchestration amongst their respective team members. Everything gets planned out meticulously with proper preparation and due diligence.

If we place Digiversal's both men's and women's team side by side, one can easily see that they share common elements - playing any sport, whether cricket or badminton, challenging but fair. This also reveals the right leadership qualities demonstrated whether they're in the changing room or on the pitch.
And when they're on the field, they have only one thing in mind - to win the game.
In the final match of the tournament, Phoenix Stars, the defending champions, will face their most potent rival, GangstersXI. It's been an overwhelming journey for both the teams. The last match will be extremely balanced with Gangsters' strongest batsman facing Phoenix's tactical bowlers.
Despite desperate moments, the teams demonstrated discipline and took responsibilities to avoid any unfavourable move throughout the tournament. One could be bowled out for an embarrassing score as a result of a lack of focus.
What led them to win matches and reach the finals without stumbling is their strategy to take down wickets in the innings. The captains did a brilliant job in anticipating the opponents - their batting style and fielding accordingly.
The matches are held at Super Sports Cricket Ground located in sector 140, Noida. Digiversal founders also hope to motivate more employees by the end of the Digiversal Premier League 2.0 tournament.
