Задача, которую ставят перед собой эксперты газеты «Президент» заставить международную общественность, честных юристов, журналистов, спортсменов, медиков, тренеров, сотни миллионов болельщиков и любителей спорта пересмотреть своё трепетное и высоконравственное мнение об этой организации.
Председатель Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания РФ Матвиенко заявила днём 4 февраля 2018 года:
МОК и WADA нужна реформа, они не действуют в рамках демократических процедур. Серьезнейшая проблема – они [МОК и WADA] коммерциализировали международный спорт, олимпийское движение, в определенном смысле, я бы сказала, превратили их уже в бизнес, поставили во главу угла не спортсменов, а получение прибыли», – считает спикер. «Разве это правильно? Может, стоит заглянуть в олимпийскую хартию?» – поставила вопросы Матвиенко,
Уважаемая Валентина Ивановна, эксперты газеты «Президент заглянули в Олимпийскую хартию! И пришли в ужас. Буквально в ужасный ужас.
Эта организация – ВНЕ закона и ВНЕ контроля любых надзирающих органов и межгосударственных структур. И об этом своём «заглядывании» и анализе прочитанного на сайте этой конторы МОК (IOC), мы решили рассказать и властным структурам, и вам лично.
Судя по всему, даже Президент и Председатель правительства государства Россия, несмотря на свой огромный юридический опыт, не смотрели в Устав МОК, он же Олимпийская Хартия. Это основной и очень жиденький документ, который написан так, что МОК никому не подотчётен, и сам создаёт организации в виде судов, лабораторий университетов и прочая и прочая…
Международный олимпийский комитет (МОК) даже по его собственным документам МОК (IOC), является частной, приватной организацией с полным набором криминальных установок, находящейся вне правового поля, как международного права, так и юрисдикции страны учредителя Швейцарии.
А сама Швейцария только с 2011 года стала страной членом ООН!
МОК и её Устав, он же Олимпийская Хартия, вступил в силу 07.07. 2007 года.
МОК – это оффшорная дыра, позволяющая уходить от налогов. Зарегистрирована в оффшорном кантоне Лозанна. Деревня Лозанна – где зарегистрирован МОК, является одним из наиболее сладких мест по налогообложению, как и Женева, Цюрих, Цуг и Базель!

В соответствии с данной информацией, МОК – некоммерческая структура, но делает всё, что хочет вне юрисдикции как международного права, так и государств на территории которых действуют её отделения. Это типовое швейцарское юридическое лицо оффшорного характера.
МОК – это финансовые махинации, коммерция на спорте, допингах, торговле биоматериалами и наркоподобными веществами! Это частная организация, покрывающая и приветствующая опыты над людьми разных рас.
МОК – расистская организация, сознательно уничтожающая достоинство наций, путем манипуляций подмен и самосуда. Эта организация, как утверждают эксперты и информаторы, на коммерческой основе, входит в сговор с правительствами государств участников Олимпийских игр и соревнований и сознательно потворствует, и продвигает спортсменов из этих государств, не подвергая их контролю на допинг, а спортсменов других государств подвергая жесткому террору и контролю с подменой результатов анализов и проб!
Так было на ОИ и Пекине. Так было на ОИ в Рио-де Жанейро. Так было на многих отборочных соревнованиях. Это требует тщательного международного расследования и наказания виновных.
Преступлениями спортивных функционеров занялось Министерство юстиции США.

То, что делает МОК, прикрываясь борьбой с допингом и ВАДОй, соответствует составу финансовых преступлений, жестко пресекаемых в США и ЕС! На взгляд финансовых аналитиков, то чем занимается МОК и его организации по всему миру – мошенничество в особо-крупных размерах группой лиц!
А именно – путем введения граждан и иных лиц, государственных структур в заблуждение с целью получения реальных преференций политического и соответственно экономического характера с последующей их реализацией в денежной форме.
К ним относятся – получение золотых и иных призов и наград в условиях проведения соревнований с ограничением возможного в них участия реальных конкурентов.

Эта публикация, несомненно, сыграла очень важную роль для раскола в самом МОК и его спортивном арбитражном суде САС (CAS).
Только после того, как судьи узнали, что их деяния могут квалифицировать как преступления против человечества, и увидели в своих деяниях все признаки расизма и предвзятого политизированного подхода к спортсменам России, только после этого САС из Лозанны внезапно, и вопреки воле Т. Баха, полностью восстановил и оправдал русских спортсменов. Которые, напомним, были отстранены ранее решением МОК пожизненно!
Томас Бах очень недоволен этим внезапным решением своих же судей, так как вероятно получил уже огромную предоплату от корейцев, китайцев и других представителей, огромные суммы. Так утверждают некоторые источники.
Азиатам очень хочется победы и триумфа на Белой Олимпиаде. И это будет показательное торжество их расы. Потому, так и усердствует председатель МОК, которого многие правоведы уже видят в тюремной клетке!
Наши отечественные правоведы и юристы набрали в рот воды и молчат, и не могут сделать анализ действий МОК?! Им позор, и отстранение от дел. Наши спортивные юристы, как оказалось на деле, только зарабатывать на клиентах – спортсменах, и могут доказывать отсутствие царапин на пробирках, НЕ давая широкого анализа преступлений против русских и против нашего государства в ключе международно-правовых норм и актов. Может, они тоже в доле с МОК?
Газета «Президент» предлагает начать сбор фактов и улик против МОК (IOC). И направлять материалы в Министерство Юстиции США. И в наши компетентные органы. И учредить собственный совместный с США Международный уголовный трибунал, так как ни РФ, ни США не подписали Римский статут о уже действующем трибунале.

Международные уголовные трибуналы — судебные органы созданные в соответствии с резолюциями Совета Безопасности ООН. Они сами формулируют нормы своего процесса и отбирают в соответствии с узаконенными процедурами, и формируют свое внутреннее право, отбирая источники применимого права в соответствии с методами, сложившимися в других международных судах.
Надеемся, что расследование и создание международного уголовного суда по МОК (IOC) будет под силу главным странам планеты.

This publication has undoubtedly played a very important role to split in the IOC and court of arbitration for sport SAS (CAS).

The international criminal tribunals judicial bodies established in accordance with resolutions of the UN Security Council.
