Force restart the device

Factory reset

You guys can perform a factory reset on your device in order to solve the 'stuck after Android 10 update' problem. Since you cannot reach the Settings app, you have to it using the hardware buttons. Here's how you can.

Tap and hold the Volume down and Power buttons together until the screen turn off and light up again along with the device now in Fastboot mode (see the image below). Now leave the buttons when you are in Fastboot mode.
