That was the most terrible of all. Small lives toddling along, in rags and totally helpless. Others had no clothes and were nothing but bones and swollen stomachs and with the faces of old men. Additional information: The 8-series. This is according to the text to the silent movie that was produced at the same time. The text was proof read by Fridtjof Nansen (we have a copy from the Manuscripts Department).
